IRCNow does not log IRC chats. However, public chat rooms can be logged and recorded by any guest. We do not prohibit guests from logging or recording. Files that you upload during chat will be stored for two weeks. Emails and files you store on our storage service may be archived permanently.

IRCNow uses session cookies to allow you to log in to our services.

We do not sell any personal information to third-parties. We will not share any user information with third-parties except as required by law.

If you do not agree to the above policy, do not continue using our services. You should request for us to delete your account by mailing us at support@ircnow.org.
